All Buildings in Bulgaria to Have Technical Passpors by 2015
All buildings and construction equipment need to have construction passports, new regulations said. Owners of new building sites had to dispose of the passport when the building was ready for exploitation, Dnevnik daily said.
The new regulation determined a deadline for the older buildings to have the passport issued. All buildings had to have such passport by 2015.
Owners will be obliged to have technical passports issued if they lack the document after the end of the deadline.
National Construction Control Directorate is in charge of overseeing the new regulations come into effect.
Each technical passport will consist of three parts, describing the main, functional and technical features of the construction site.
Technical passport would have to be issues after reconstruction as well, Dnevnik said.
