Bulgarian Documentary Wins Human Rights Award at Sarajevo Film Fest
The documentary “Problems with the mosquitos and other stories” of the Bulgarian director Andrei Paunov won the human rights award of the 13th Film Festival in Sarajevo, which finished this Saturday, informs BNR.
The jury, presided by the Oscar winner Jeremy Irons, gave the best movie award to the Turkish film “A Man's Fear Of God” of the director Oezer Kiziltan.
There were many world famous film stars attending the festival. Juliette Binoche was also in Sarajevo to present the last movie of Anthony Minghella “Breaking and entering”. Binoche plays a woman from Bosnia – mother of a problematic teenager.
