FairPlay Properties to Issue 10,140 M New Shares

FairPlay Properties decided to increase the company's capital from 50,700 million BGN (25,350 million EUR) to 60,840 million BGN (30,420 million EUR).

This will be done by an issue of 10,140 million new shares of 1 BGN nominal value and 2,25 BGN issuing value each, reported from money.bg.

The increase will provide shareholders' capital for financing the FairPlay's new local projects for 2008.

The projects of the company include holiday complexes in Sozopol, Chernomorets, Bansko, Panichishte and Sandanski.
