International Fair Plovdiv Plans Massive Investments

‘International Fair Plovdiv' - the largest fair on the Balkans, is planning to start massive and ambitious investment program on the amount of 100 million EUR in autumn 2007, reported money.bg.

The necessary resources for the realization of the investment program will be covered by banks and investment funds.
Main purpose in the program is renovation of complex' infrastructure, construction and reconstruction of new trade and business chambers.

It will be accentuated to the developing of congress tourism that will attend different international events.
It is foreseen the building of: VIP Fair for congress events, new trade and business centre, 5-stars hotel and another 3-stars one.
Heads of ‘International Fair Plovdiv' said that they strive for preservation of leadership in Southern-Eastern Europe. The Expo is in the first triad of the World Fairs classification.
