Russian property developer Karrat Group is offering for bulk conveyancing apartment buildings in the Fountains City residential scheme it is building in Sofia's Mladost 4 borough.

Simeon Mitev from RE/MAX Shans Grup, which has the agency contract for the residential stock, said talks are already underway with several investment funds.
The residential buildings up for sale have an average built-up area of 5,000 sq m and contain 50 home units each. The asking price is 1,000 euro/sq m.

Karrat Group estimates investment in Fountains City, the company's first scheme in Bulgaria, will reach 10 mln euro.
The Russian developer intends to build up only 30% of the area of the 3.5 ha site in Mladost 4, planting the rest with greenery.
The dozen or so apartment buildings in the complex will deliver a total of 750 home units, ranging in size from 60 to 160 sq m. Shops and other commercial premises on the groundfloors of the apartment buildings will have a combined floor area of 4,700 sq m.

Fountains City will also contain 2 office buildings with a built-up area of 7,000-8,000 sq m each, a 300 sq m two-storey retail center, a 2,800 sq m sports center and two tennis courts.(Dnevnik)
