The Sewerage Construction of Gramadeto in Bansko has Started
The construction of sewerage system for the Gramadeto locality in Bansko has commenced where many new buildings and hotels are being constructed, announced Bansko Mayor Alexander Kravarov. Next week or two, it is also expected to start the construction works for the water-pipes. All this became possible after the investors have deposited a sum of 1 million BGN for about a week.
In the meanwhile it has become known after municipal session, the municipality of our biggest winter resort will submit another 26 decares to Jullen Plc., targeted for the construction of second cabin ski-lift line. The terrain is located in the Sredoreko locality and represents two estates which an electricity distribution 20 kilowatts line crosses through, and that requires restrictions for its usage – no construction works cannot be undertaken within 10 meters from its both sides. The municipal councilors have submitted the land to Jullen Plc., provided that it will be used only for second cabin ski-lift line, connecting Bansko to ski-center. The municipality participates in the project with contribution against which it will receive 6 337 usual registered shares with the right to vote, each with a par value of 1 000 BGN, and will not be able to block resolution adoptions by the joint company.
According to same scheme, the bridge on the Bansko ring-road is being built due to non-monetary contribution of land on part of the Municipality, explained also the Mayor of the resort town. The investment for constructing the site is provided by Golf Club Company. The project also includes building the road sewerage and water-pipes, added the Mayor. Tour operators’ prognoses indicate that there will be at least 25 % more tourists during next winter season in Bansko. Big increase is anticipated due to guests from Russia.
